Described by The Gramaphone as a 'trio of sirens... heartstopping and haunting in equal measure', the award-winning vocal ensemble Voice perform sacred and secular songs from around Europe in a gorgeous a cappella programme of music. From devotional Marian antiphons to songs exploring desire and sisterhood, this lunchtime concert is an inspiring insight into the Middle Ages.
The concert will be followed by a post-concert discussion with feminist cultural historian and author, Dr Anna Beer.
